Service Description
An important part of a loc maintenance regimen is a regular wash and retwist. Keeps your hair looking professional, clean and healthy as it grows into beautiful locs. ( recommended every 6-8 weeks)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No Show, and Refund Policy: Thank you for choosing Kendal’s Dreadheads. Our new policy, effective January 1, 2024, ensures a smooth experience for all clients. Late Arrival: Clients must be on time. A $25 late arrival fee is applied if more than 15 minutes late. If more than 30 minutes late, the appointment is canceled, and the $25 deposit is forfeited. Repeated tardiness may result in refused service. Deposit and No Call/No Show: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at booking, credited towards the service cost. In case of a no call/no show, the deposit fee is forfeited. Repeated no shows result in refused service. Notification Requirement: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in refused future service.
