Cancellation, No Show, and Refund Policy:

 

Thank you for choosing Kendal’s Dreadheads. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all clients, we have implemented a new policy regarding cancellations, late arrivals, and no shows. The new policy will be effective starting January 1, 2024.

Late Arrival

 

It is crucial for clients to be on time for their appointments. Late arrivals can disrupt the schedule, causing inconvenience for other clients and potentially overworking your loctician. We value your time and the time of all our clients. 

 

  • Late Arrival Fee: If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, a $25 late arrival fee will be applied. This fee compensates for the additional time and resources required to accommodate the late arrival.

 

  • Appointment Cancellation for Extreme Tardiness: If a client is more than 30 minutes late for their appointment, their appointment will be canceled, and the $25 deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures fairness to other clients and allows us to maintain a well-managed schedule.

 

  • Repeated Tardiness: If a client has been more than 30 minutes late on two separate occasions, we reserve the right to refuse service in the future. This decision is made to maintain efficiency and fairness for all clients.

 

Deposit and No Call/No Show

 

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be credited towards the service cost. In the case of a no call/no show, the deposit fee will be forfeited as compensation for the lost appointment slot.

 

  • Repeated No Call/No Show: After one instance of no call/no show, the client will be refused service in the future. We rely on timely communication to manage our schedule effectively, and repeated no shows disrupt our ability to serve other clients.

 

Notification Requirement

 

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will be considered a no show, and future service requests may be refused.

  • Wix App: We have created a streamlined communication experience through the Wix app. Join our community by using the invite code YTJ7HD for direct and convenient interactions.

 

Please note that while we understand the convenience of texting, leaving voicemails, or calling our business phone number (205) 641-2339, these methods may not provide the most efficient response. We recommend using the aforementioned channels for the best communication experience.
