CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations, please contact me at least two hours in advance of your appointment in order to avoid forfeiture of your non-refundable booking fee/deposit of $20. 
Your booking fee secures your preferred date/time. If the appointment is canceled at least two hours before your appointment, it will be reapplied to your rescheduled date/time. 

If you miss your appointment and failed to notify me within the two hours prior to your appointment, you will lose your deposit of $20. 

Two consecutive missed appointments (whether cancellation or rescheduling) will result in the permanent refusal of services due to the resulting loss of time and money. Thank you for supporting policies that ensure a successful business operation. We appreciate your patronage.

REFUNDS

While we value all our clients, Kendal's Dreadheads has a NO REFUNDS policy. If a client has a problem or concern with the service or style they have received, they have up to 48 hours from their appointment to contact us for a follow-up appointment to address their issues or concerns.
